Looking for a single or double room

Hi! I’m currently looking for a single or double room. Ideally I’d like to move in around the 1st of September, however I wouldn’t mind moving in a bit earlier if needed (around mid-August). My budget is around £600-700 a month including the bills, but that can be flexible depending on the place. Ideally I’d like to find a place that wouldn’t require a guarantor as I’m Polish and simply don’t have any relatives here. I’d be happy to pay a higher deposit due to this.

A little bit about me:
I’m 23 and work full time as a studio manager. I’m usually at work for at least 10h a day so generally don’t spend much time indoors. I’m easy going, organised and tidy, and I’d like to find a place with likeminded housemates who would respect each other’s space. I don’t smoke/drink, and I try to maintain a healthy, relaxed lifestyle with a balanced routine. In my spare time I enjoy working out, cooking, reading and drawing.
I currently rent a flat on my own, however it’s simply not feasible for me financially anymore and I’d like to reduce my expenses - therefore I’m looking for a room.
