Looking for a room in shared property.

I'm looking for a single or double room in a flat or house share, ideally with other females. Here are my preferences:

Budget: 900 per month, preferably with bills included.
Move-in: mid February
Furnished: A furnished place is preferred.
Living situation: Ideally, I'd love to share a flat, but open to house shares as well.
A bit about me: I'm outgoing, love to hang out and socialize, and enjoy a friendly, relaxed environment. I'm looking for flatmates who are friendly, easy-going, and enjoy spending time together but also respect personal space.
