Room needed ASAP

Hi my name is Kieran and I need to find somewhere by the 13th Feb! Preferably a double, for about 6 months.

I have the deposit and 6 months rent up front (at £350 if the rent is higher I am budgeting for up to £400 a month then we can arrange for this to be paid as normal or if you want to get everything paid up as quickly as possible like me then within the next month or two I would pay the rest of the rent). Area is not a huge issue as long as transport links are there as I need to get to Manchester City centre for work.

Message me if you fit my requirements (a room in a safe and happy household that is available for a minimum of 3-6 months and under £400 pcm as close to Manchester as possible) and we can get everything sorted, I am tidy, quiet, and usually keep to myself but I do like to be social with people I live with, I don’t mind a social drink and as a bartender I can make a cracking cocktail!

I enjoy hip hop, comedies, marvel films and I am studying to hopefully become a dog trainer one day.

I do smoke but I’m happy to do this outside.
