2 young professionals (25 & 26) looking for an existing house/flat share with 2 spare double rooms, as our landlord wants to sell the flat we’re currently in. We have lived together for the past year.
Looking around SW London ideally but open to other areas
Rent + bills up to ~£1,100 per room pcm (£2200 combined)
Open to moving in any time between now and 1st November. Ideal would be between 5-18th October.
Non smokers, both work Monday-Friday in the office, occasional Friday WFH.
Both pretty into running / going to the gym, like a beer on the weekends.
Enjoy padel / 5 a side / film nights / cooking etc
Up for a laugh and looking for a sociable house share but also people who respect others space and want to keep tidy.
