Northener needs a room in Zone 2 North - 1st Feb

Tenancy in South Hampstead is ending in the new year, rent is expected to go up so I’m keen to find somewhere that’s better value! I'm a project manager in the construction industry, site based so I only really WFH once a week if that. Looking to stay in the same area, ideally.

I can pay deposit whenever but won’t be in a position to pay first rent before 1st Feb, my last rent in current place is mid-Jan.

I own my own terraced house in Manchester and I've been renting out the spare rooms for about 2 years - always maintain and respect the place in order to keep my housemates/lodgers happy - so I know full well what people are looking for!

I have a good number of friends in London, so whilst I'm perfectly socialable and always keen for a drink or food you also don't need to worry about me. Generally, I'm really big on my sports (Football Rugby & UFC) music events (3rd time going Glastonbury this year) and travelling (love Asia & the Americas)
