PhD student looking for a room in NQ/Ancoats

Hi, my name is Giuseppe I am 27 years old. I moved to manchester more than a year ago to do a PhD at the University of Manchester.

I’m originally from the south of Italy but I moved many times and lived in many places, it was mostly Erasmus or period as a digital nomad. Before moving to Manchester I was living in Milan (best city in Italy, no argument).

I would say I am a sociable person, I like to go out and meet people but I don’t mind staying at home and watch TV or read especially during the weekdays after work.

I am not a party animal but I like to try something new pretty much every week. I am on a mission to try every single coffee shop in Manchester. I like to try new restaurants and go to the cinema or watch some exhibition in Aviva.

I also like to read and walk around bookshop buying random books. I’m a traveler, love to do solo trip and go to random places in the word. Sometimes I like to go somewhere and try the digital nomad life there.
I like to move my body and try different sports. Right now I am into running and Hyrox training, but I like to swim and play padel as well.

I usually wake up early in the morning and go to the gym or for a run, I’m usually quiet but there may be some noise. Hope this is not a problem. I usually work from home 2 days per week and I go to uni the other days, but it’s pretty random, depends how I feel on that day.

I am a very neat person who cares a lot about cleaning the house, I wanna live in a nice tiny flat well decorated. I don’t wanna stay in a messy place with stuff all over the place. I’m quite respectful of the other people space and I expect the same treatment.

I would like to find a flat in NQ or Ancoats, I’m currently living here and I love this area.
