Looking for my own space - must allow cats

Hi I'm looking for my own space that will allow a cat.

It's important I can easily get into Central London by tube or train and it is in a safe area to walk home at night.

I have a lot of my own furniture (which is currently in storage), so am open to both furnished or unfurnished.

I work for myself as a voice coach and singer and predominantly work from home. For this reason I come with a 88-key digital piano (hence needing a large room), so will be singing / playing the piano (although am respectful of not making noise early in the morning / late at night.

I have a beautiful and very house-trained Burmese cat called Luna., so some outdoor space is really important for her.

I'm very respectful of my neighbours, clean, tidy and make a great housemate. Luna (my cat) also loves attention from other people.
