35F Architect seeks quiet friendly flatshare

Hiii, My name is Jasneet (35F)!

I'm an architect looking for a room in a quiet and clean house share. I eat mostly vegan/pescatarian, but I don't mind what food you eat. I try to live an eco-friendly lifestyle, and would ideally like housemates who care about doing the same. I prefer to live with LGBT-friendly flatmates.

I work in an office off Mare Street and am at the office/on site pretty much every day, so I only WFH on rare occasions. I'm at my mum's in Letchworth every 3 weekends looking after her, and otherwise in my free time I go dancing maybe once a couple times month with friends, or events/ exhibitions etc and otherwise I like to chill at home making art (I draw and paint), doing yoga, reading, looking after my plant babies, cooking, and listening to music (afrobeats, house, acoustic... pretty much everything apart from heavy metal!). Most weekends these days have been dedicated to attending pro Palestine marches and events with friends.

I would love to live with a cat/s (but sadly don't have any of my own). I tend to sleep at midnight-ish and often sleep in until 11/12 at the weekend, but I'm a deep sleeper with my earplugs =p

It would be great to have flatmates who are up for cooking together and doing shared bulk orders of essentials like cleaning supplies and even food if we end up cooking together/for each other occasionally, but I'm also self-sufficient and have a close circle of friends I see regularly.

Cleanliness is very important to me, so ideally we'd have a cleaning rota, but, if we don't have matching standards, I'd propose we all pitch in for a cleaner to keep things simple.

I smoke rarely, socially and always outside.
