Looking for a house

I am looking to move from Anglesey to York in the near future. I am co-parenting my 8 year old daughter however, my daughter lives with me permanently, she visits her father every half term holidays which is every 6-7 weeks and resides with him between 1-2 weeks at a time, 3 weeks during the summer holidays. So therefore, I would have a child moving with me. She is quiet, mature, kindly and considerate.

I am also a dog owner to a 1 year old Irish setter named Dante. He is house trained, affectionate and goofy, well socialised with adults, children and animals such as cats and dogs. He sheds the most minimal and undetectable amount which is removed through grooming. Please refer to the photos to see him.
I am in the process of a career change from a trainee dental nurse to studying massage therapy. I love to socialise but enjoy my own privacy and respect other peoples space. I’m super tidy and considerate. I love to make the most of my time when not working by running, at the gym, reading, sharing coffee with friends, visiting galleries and exhibitions, cinema
and up for a good night of entertainment.
