Former teacher seeking home

I'm 38 years old and I'm from Leeds. I'm working in Edinburgh to be near my parents. I used to teach English in Asia, but now I'm working for the University of Edinburgh at King's Buildings and Pollock Halls.

I'm used to being around people younger than me and non-English speakers so I'm really not that fussed about the age or origins of flatmates so long as we're all non-judgmental and kind. I'm LGBT.
Being somewhere within an hour's walk of King's Buildings is ideal. Being not too far from Duddingston (where my parents live) would be cool, but Edinburgh has buses.

I'm friendly but also happy to spend time quietly on my own. I don't need excessive storage because my parents live here. I love photography, coffee and cocktails.
