Professional male aged 32 looking for double room

I am a professional male aged 32. I am looking for a double room. I am available to move in from 8/2/2025 but can be flexible, and I have a budget of £850pcm. Happy to take a room furnished or unfurnished.

I work as delivery driver for Sainsbury's. On the weekends I enjoy a nice lay in, watching TV and film. Often like cycling as well as catching up with friends at the pub or a restaurant.

I'm a respectful housemate who is responsible about rent and bills payments. I'd like to move into a place with people with whom I get along with. I do enjoy my privacy and down time as well as respecting other people's privacy.
I'm looking to move into a house where everyone values a quiet and meaningful lifestyle and can look after the home keeping it clean and tidy. I take pride myself on being tidy and respect communal areas.
