Seeking entire place (no flat share) - Battersea

- Flat share - Please only reach out if there is an exception whereby a flatmate is not there 7 days a week or travels etc
- Studios
- If the property is not within 10 min of a station

I'm a professional looking for a 6 - 12 month let. I have a preference to let an entire place that aligns with my budget, rather than seeking a flat mate for now. A potential landlord can expect their place to remain tidy and quiet, my work days are long so I appreciate chilled evenings and a cliché long walk to unwind!

Budget can be flexible depending on the place.

Preference for Battersea/Nine Elms but near stations only.
