Friendly grad and puppy looking for share or flat

Hi my name is Ellie, I am looking for an annexe, studio or one bed flat or flatshare with one other person with a garden for me and my very well behaved, loving, house trained 1 year old puppy, Nala - in or near Haywards Heath. I have just finished my degree at sussex uni studying childhood and youth studies and I’m now starting full time in child protection and family support. I am/planning to work most days and sometimes from home, because of this I would be looking for someone who is also quite independent/private or my own flat/annexe as I need my own space to do my work. I am really friendly and chatty but I also like to have some time to myself with Nala.

Nala is a very loving, friendly and affectionate dog. She is very well trained and loves all people and dogs. However we would not be willing to share with cats due to her anxiety around them and my allergies. Nala gets along with all dogs including those who are reactive, young, old, big and small - she frequently goes on group walks with our walker with a variety of dogs and gets along with them all.

I'm a bit introverted and focusing on myself currently, but I’m also very friendly and approachable. I am not looking for a party house, more somewhere that is peaceful and relaxed. Although I am 23 I would be happy to share with anyone of any age, people often label me as a grandma as I don’t act 23, so please don’t put off by my age if you are concerned about sharing with someone who is young, partying and irresponsible, that is not me. I am also really easygoing, clean and tidy, not intrusive of other people’s space and always respectful. I have had lodgers in my family home with my dad most of my teens so I am very experienced in sharing space.
