Double room for female professional 27

Hi there I’m a 27 year old professional looking for a room with easy access to travel into the west end (Dumbarton Road) for work.

I currently stay near Partick subway, and it’s perfect travel links to work but currently am living and working with my ex partner, and would like to find a place that is just me and one other professional female flatmate roughly my age.

I love to cook, it is part of who I am as a person and makes me feel at home and like myself, and will need to be living with someone that doesn’t mind if I use the kitchen a lot. I am happy to share some of my meals and everything I make.

I am a clean, tidy, quiet and respectful person who may get in late sometimes due to working hospitality, but am the kind of person who would want to go straight to bed and get sleep before a shift the next day. So, despite any late finishes would not be making any extra noise when I get in at night.

In my spare time and on my days off I tend to just rest up in my bed, reading and watching tv, or out to meet my friends for lunch or movies. I do like to have friends round to visit/stay sometimes but this would be rare and only with permission from whomever I was sharing a space with.
I hope I can find someone who would suit living with me and who I could see as a friend, and also understand we both need our own space!

I do have a cat I would like to bring with me - I know many places don’t allow this but I’m willing to pay any extra deposit needed from the landlord to take her with me. She isn’t like most cats she’s very relaxed and loving and had never and will never mess anything up. Including furniture and feelings.

I have a deposit set aside, one months rent ready and references from both work and at last landlord and, if needed, a uk guarantor.
