Couple looking for a 1 bed apartment

Hello, I am Cherry (22) a Filmmaking Masters student at Sussex University, just finishing up my degree. My partner is Jason (26) who is a professional who works as a maintenance operator for the racing bug.

We are looking for a 1 bed property ASAP and are kind, respectful, tidy and punctual individuals. We are good at communicating and are reliable with rent payments and when it comes to looking after our home.

We can provide references if required. I’ve been renting in brighton for almost 5 years now and have always paid rent on time and left the properties i’ve stayed in very clean. My partner as well is used to being very punctual and tidy professional who has been renting for much longer than I have.
