En-suite needed from 25 Nov

Hi there!

This is Xuelu from Chengdu, China, a 27 years old female.

For my room, I hope it comes with a double bed, en-suite, big storage space and good natural lighting.
For communal areas, I promise to share the responsibility for keeping the kitchen tidy and clean as I’ll be cooking a lot (mostly Chinese home dishes).

I don’t mind some socialising but I’m not really a party person, so I hope it’s generally a quite and relaxing place especially during nighttime.

Regarding occupancy,
It would be mainly me staying in your place, however, my mom just retired and she might come visit me from China occasionally so hope you won’t mind her staying with me for some time. We will be keeping it down and heading out most of the day.

She’s a very easy-going, tidy and respectful lady. Although she doesn’t speak much English, she’s been learning since last summer and kept a 500-day streak on Duolingo! She is my closest friend, and all my friends who have got the chance to meet her enjoy spending time with her. You won’t regret meeting her as well but we do promise to respect your privacy.

Hobbies:
I enjoying going to Danceworks studio for ballet classes almost everyday.

Pet:
I’m definitely a dog person, always “aww” ing when I see one no matter out loud or silently. I also have a grey poodle named QQ back home, she’s a lovely 11-year-old lady and I do miss her a lot. So I’m totally cool if you have a dog or think of getting one, cuz that would be even better for me!
