My name is Inna, and together with my partner I am looking for a place to live.

Ideally, we are looking for a separate apartment and are interested exclusively in properties in Zone 1, specifically in Westminster, Kensington, or Chelsea.

A little about us: I work as a life coach, and my partner, Daniele, works in investment (private credit). We are non-smokers, have no pets, lead a quiet lifestyle, are very tidy and clean, and always take care of any home as if it were our own.

We travel frequently and are looking for an affordable yet cozy place to live in London. If you have an apartment you would like to rent out but are concerned about its condition, you can be completely at ease — we take great care of the property, and it will remain in perfect order. We are responsible, easy to communicate with, and can provide references if desired.

At present, we are living near King’s Cross and have been renting our current apartment for over a year and a half. Rent for February has already been paid, and our deposit covers March, so we would be able to move in starting from April.

If you are willing to wait until then, we are confident that you would be completely satisfied with us as tenants.
