Description
Hello,
I'm Maia, in my 30s and after 16 wonderful years in London I'm looking for my next place to call home. My current home has been sold, so I'm hoping to move from ideally by 1st August. Greener areas of London are ideal and I'm very flexible on location and can even be in the outskirts of London as long as I can easily get a train in when needed as I work remotely and flexible venues.
I'm looking for a peaceful home with a garden, with conscious, emotionally self-aware housemates who value kindness, open communication and creating a calm living environment.
A little about me...
I run my own wellbeing business:
Over the past 18 months I've been dedicated to building my business and creating strong foundations. During this transition I've received Universal Credit support, including the housing element covering my rent. I have a long rental history in London, have always paid my rent on time, and can provide excellent landlord reference.
I'm clean, respectful, considerate and genuinely easy to live with. Most of my time is spent working on my business, facilitating workshops, going to the gym, dancing, learning, cooking healthy food and spending time outdoors with my dogs.
I've also been alcohol-free for around four years, so I naturally enjoy a peaceful home rather than a party house. Guests are welcome but my party era is well behind me :)
I have two tiny dogs (around 4kg each) who I've had since they were puppies. I previously trained bett to a dog trainer, so they're very well behaved with people, quiet and used to living in shared homes. They're walked daily, and I can provide references for them too.
I'm hoping to find a home where people have their own lives, passions and ambitions, while also appreciating genuine connection, good conversations and a slower pace when home. Somewhere warm, respectful and relaxed would be wonderful.
When I find the right place, I usually stay for 1–3 years, so I'm looking for somewhere that can truly feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
If you know of anything suitable, or feel we'd be a good fit, I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you,
Maia
