Hi I'm Grace I am an author, holistic therapist... writer. I have my own company, my life has been good up until this year! I faced homelessness since April and am in supported accommodation in Birmingham...

I have no money for a deposit but I am sober, clean and have private rented before.

Id ideally like ensuite or studio flat or even a big room. I will require housing benefit, so you must accept HB.

I worked very hard during covid, private rented, and travelled as a lifestyle from 2022. Then, AI took over and my last writing gig/contract was in December 2024!!!!

Stranded in Nepal until spring, I landed in England in April. BUT the boss lady at HRT denied my UC claim, making me homeless....

This put me on a toxic cycle of trauma response and flight mode, moving from place to place, also returning to the abusive ex (whom I lived in Refuges over domestic abuse).

*** HRT denied my claim only due to being out of the country for so long. But I was happy in my home! The 3day eviction notice has set me back 7+ months. SA living is not my way.***
