Professional, 28, Newcastle (~£600pcm)

Hi,

My name's Denis, I'm 28, and I work in project controls for a global tech consultancy.

I'm looking for a new house-share for around June time in Jesmond, Sandyford area, Heaton, Gosforth, or the coast.

However, I am not interested in living on the quayside, west of the city centre, or south of the River Tyne.

I have a budget of up to £600 (including bills), although depending on the amenities, such as guaranteed parking, I could increase the budget to £650.

I like to think I'm considerate of others, whether it be hygiene, noise level and working hours, and I'm interested in other cultures and being introduced to new things.

I don't smoke and only drink ocassionally. In my free time, I like to go running, golfing, gym, and I like to wind down with a good film or series.

I would prefer to not live with a live-in landlord, nor am I looking to sublet.
