Creative professional for short/long term room

27 y/o working professional looking for a room within a sociable & productive living space surrounded by like minded creatives.

Looking to move around 28th April (can be flexible either side) so keen to arrange some viewings for this week.

ABOUT ME:

Currently work in advertising & media on a flexible schedule with 2/3 days a week WFH. Standard 9-5 working hours, but I am in and out at different points during weekdays as my schedule changes week to week.

Outside work I’m a DJ, record collector, crate digger, promoter and producer which occupies the majority of my free time. I am always open to new connections and collaborations, so living with others who are involved in music (DJs especially) would be a bonus.

**As a DJ & musician I’m always conscious of noise, so my rule of thumb is that I only use headphones for personal listening. Speakers would be for appropriate communal listening and never on after any agreed cut off time**

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

Beyond just a room, I'm looking to join a sociable community of creatives & other working professionals with creative interests. Somewhere to immerse myself in my own pursuits and also engage in other activities and projects within the group, where people actively seek to encourage and inspire one another.

I like to live in a clean, well looked after space where everyone plays their part to maintain a pleasant and serene environment. I am up for a party and fine with hosting the odd party/get together, but prefer to live in a mostly peaceful space - balance is the key.

I'm sociable, friendly, and enjoy group activities such as shared meals, pub trips, enjoying music together, movies, games etc. I value my own space too, and a good balance between time with the group and personal time to unwind and relax is important.

I'm also a big cat lover, so huge bonus if you have any furry friends!
