28yo female looking for a double room

Hi, I’m Silvia ☀️

I’m 28 and work as a nanny Monday to Thursday, 8am–5:30pm, in Mile End.

I’d describe myself as calm, tidy, and respectful. I really value communication, kindness, and the balance between having personal space and creating meaningful connections with flatmates when it feels natural.

I'm a very outdoorsy person, in my spare time, I love meeting friends, exploring new pubs, having deep chats, playing tennis 1/2 a week, going to the gym, and sometimes joining a yoga or pilates class. I also enjoy art, live music, and relaxing weekends.

I don’t drink or smoke, and I always keep my space very clean and organised — I’d love to live in a home with similar vibes.
I do travel a few times a year but never sublet my room; I continue paying rent and bills as usual.

I’m looking for a room where I can feel comfortable and at home, ideally before the 15th of December. My budget is around £1200 per month, but I’m happy to pay a bit more for the right place.
