Professional outdoor education instructor

Hi, I am a professional outdoor education instructor at an SEN school. I am looking to move because my current commute to work is too long and I would like to move closer to my work. I am a very friendly and chatty guy and like to do activities and socialise but I also like to keep myself and my place tidy and would hope you would do the same. I have a car so would require some parking and I do have a lot of things like a paddle board so would require some extra space to store all my gear.
