Looking for somewhere quiet, and respectful

Hello! My name is Amie and I'm looking to share somewhere where I can be quiet but relaxed and convivial and myself! It would be lovely to relax in the evenings and listen to music and / or chat, or I'm happy to do my own thing!

I work online, in the evenings, mostly, and some mornings, finish around 8.30pm and go to bed about 11 or 12 usually.

It'd be good to be clear about what we want for cleaning as I think it can be the biggest bones of contention. I am pretty clean and I'm tidy by nature but I find it hard to keep on top of housework during the week. It would be good to take turns to clean at the weekend or share it every week or so.

I am quiet but also chatty, when engaged. I do often need time alone, especially as a teacher. However, I'd like to live with someone who also wants a chat or to socialise once in a while.

I am drawing and painting a bit recently. I like it but I'm not an artist. I love cooking and I'm a good cook, I think. Be nice to share some meals.

I moved back from Spain last summer, with my cat, Piano. He is eventually pretty adaptable and well-trained, likes to be outside, but sleeps inside. He is a three years old.
