Looking for a flat or potential roommate x

Hello,
I am looking for either a flat to rent or a roommate to rent a flat with.

ABOUT ME;
I am a 22 yr old working professional who enjoys socializing, going to the gym/pub, hang outs and sociable activities. I like to keep a clean and tidy area as it puts me in a good state of mind. My interests include gaming, cooking and chill evenings. I also have a cat but she's extremely friendly and will roam around without disturbance.

ABOUT YOU/FUTURE ROOMMATE;
Must be considerate of others living in the house. Preferably clean and tidy as well. I would prefer living with another female who is also a working professional. Can be sociable but can understand if you'd like to keep to yourself as long as it's not awkward. Must be okay with cats as I have one of my own. I don't mind you hosting parties, having friends over etc as long as there is consideration.

ABOUT FLAT;
My budget is £1000pcm so a place within that would be perfect. Bills included preferably or an exact estimation on how much they will cost every month is okay as well. Must have good heating, good amount of space for us to move around freely and good amount of windows. Must be a double room with amicable space for storage.
