Looking for a relaxed, social flatshare in London

Recently moved back to the UK from the US. Tech professional, in office 2 (ish) days a week. Like to keep things neat and tidy but still homey.
Ideally looking for a relaxed flatshare where we can hang out and be social but also do our own thing. 😊

Budget is around £1200 (no bills) or £1450 (including bills). Available to move in mid-December onwards but flexible!
