Room Needed - Tom (25)

Hi! I'm Tom, a recent University graduate. My current accommodation ends on the 25th of August, and Im looking for a 6-12th month contract, or ideally a rolling contract.

I'm 25 years old and working as a receptionist at the Mitre Hotel in the city centre. I've had plenty of rental experience before, so I'm very respectful of my flatmates and easy to live with. I'm a gay man, and I've just graduated from the University of Salford with a degree in Film Production.

I'm very social, and have interests in scriptwriting, listening to music/going to concerts (Taylor Swift is my no 1), going to the gym and watching horror films.
