I'm Lucia. I am currently looking for a new home that is well connected to orpington and Victoria (which is where I have my two jobs).

My budget is between 750 to 950, with bills included (Depends on connection to my jobs).

I'm a student and full time employee. I like art and my main hobby is painting, so I am looking for a double room that has space for a desk and work place.

I'm looking for a place to call home, where I feel comfortable and safe. A clean, orderly and respectful place. Friendly and familiar, it feels like my home. However, I would like to maintain my privacy in my room. And a place for me and where I can express myself and feel.

I'm vegan, I love animals and plants.

My ideal moving date is for january, I am located and I am not in a hurry, but I want to find the perfect place to continue growing.

Let me know if you know of any rooms within my budget, or if you are looking to build a "home" from scratch.

Please, I would like the home to be rented with a contract.
