Friendly professional - looking for new place

Feel like I’m getting priced out of current area (Wapping) + in need of a change.

I’m a reliable 27yr old professional, non smoker.

I have a decent friend group in London, but it would also be nice to branch out and meet new people. I’m looking to have a good relationship with my flatmates, as I’m a friendly sociable person who’s easy to get along with. That said I’m not the type to keep you up late at night raving, and I’m respectful of individual privacy.

I’m a clean and tidy person, and have never had issues pulling my own weight in terms of cleaning duties.
