Looking for a room or flatmate in central MCR ASAP

Im looking for either a spare room in a flat or someone to buddy up with before my current tenancy runs out on 10th November. I’d love to get somewhere sorted ASAP

I work a 9-5 in medical communications, mostly from the office, I like having chilled nights on weekdays and enjoy going gym, but I like being sociable and an occasional night out on weekends. It would be great to be friends rather than just flatmates but there’s no pressure as I enjoy my independence. I’m chilled and easygoing but would like to live wirh someone who keeps the communal areas clean.

I live in Ancoats currently and love living here, but I am open to anywhere central. I don’t have a car so enjoy being in walking distance of town. I would also like to have my own bathroom, so a 2 bed 2 bath would be ideal.
