Hi I’m Maria.
I am looking for a home in Surrey or West Sussex, preferably within an hour drive of Horsham.

I am a mental health nurse for the NHS working full time in GP surgeries and I also have my own practice as a therapist working from home online one day a week and some evenings, not beyond 8pm.
Ideally I am looking for a self contained space, like a studio or annex.

I am looking for a quieter household preferably only sharing with 1-2 others as I appreciate an early night and early morning however I do enjoy socialising, chatting and sharing a good meal.
I love animals so happy to live with cats and dogs and to help out with walks.
At weekends I’m usually out visiting friends, camping or travelling. My hobbies are reading, walking, poetry, playing guitar, meditation, hiking.

Absolute deal breakers for me are respect for privacy and space, kindness and a peaceful night time to ensure everyone has a good nights rest!
I am calm and mindful of communal space, tidy, not a bad cook, easy going and polite.
In the right home I am looking to rent long term.
