Professional female looking for double en-suite.

Hi I’m Maria.
I am looking for a home in Surrey or West Sussex, preferably within an hour drive of Horsham.
I am a mental health nurse for the NHS working full time and a private therapist working from home one day a week and some evenings, not beyond 8pm.
Ideally I am looking for a place in the countryside or on a farm or with land.
I adore being outdoors and going for walks/hikes.
I am looking for a quieter household as I appreciate an early night and early morning however I do enjoy socialising, chatting and sharing a good meal.
I love animals so happy to live with cats and dogs. I am happy around livestock too and happy to help around the land if that’s required! Living simply, freely and peacefully are important to me.
Absolute deal breakers for me are respect for privacy and space, kindness, good company and a peaceful night time to ensure everyone has a good nights rest!
I am pretty laid back, mindful of communal space, tidy, not a bad cook, easy going and polite.
In the right home I am looking to rent long term.
