37 y/o designer looking for a room/buddy up

Hi, I'm Charlotte — 37, product designer, looking for a home, not just a house share.

I work from home most of the week (office just 1-2 days a month), so I'll need a proper desk space.

I'm happy in my own company, but it'd be lovely to have someone around for the occasional dinner, film night, walk, or little adventure.

I love being outdoors — walks, day trips, anything nature-y. Creatively, I'm into arts and crafts, and I'm (very badly) teaching myself to DJ (through headphones, don't worry). I enjoy good food, coffee, the occasional rave, and I'm a sucker for plants even though I have a habit of accidentally killing them. I'm into self-care and personal growth, and I get on best with calm, drama-free people.

I have a 6kg mixed breed rescue dog — she's small but sassy, well-behaved, and loves food and belly rubs.

I'm tidy, clean, and considerate as a housemate. Budget up to £900/month. Looking for a place with a good balance of personal space and the option of company when it suits.
