What can you say about yourself that doesn't sound smug or stupid. Here goes...

I love living creatures, but if you own a chihuahua or a pet that yaps loudly, don't get in touch.

Curious about lots of things and try to be as open minded as possible, chihuahuas excepted.

I love a coffee (or 8), I'm easy going and genuinely friendly.

Show me a mountain and I'll probably either run or cycle up it.. I'll also gladly cycle, ski or snowboard down it depending on the season.

Adore my teaching job. Getting the best out of others gives me a kick and it also gets the best out of me.

Learning Italian at the moment for some bizarre reason. I also want to learn to dance and need a bit of encouragement/ help from someone to help me make a fool of myself.

I care intensely about the planet and my heart gets broken daily by any bad news I hear concerning its abuse or destruction.

Life is a gift.

Using the words of that great band, but in a slightly different context than the original: "Take a chance on me". It'd be terrific to hear from you.
