2. Guarantor: For added security, we have a homeowner guarantor.
3. References: Excellent references from our current landlords are available.
4. No pets or children: We have no pets or children, ensuring a quiet and tidy environment.
5. Move-in date: We plan to move in January, as we’ll be giving proper notice to our current landlords.
