I’m Jacob, currently living near Penny Lane and working in Warrington, but looking to move closer to Manchester. I’ve heard great things about Chorlton and Didsbury, so I’m hoping to find a sociable, relaxed house share around there.

I’m easy-going, tidy, and like a house where people can hang out when they fancy but also have their own space. I love a green spaces / local park (Platt Fields looks good!), galleries, pub trips, coffee, and chilled evenings in. I’ll definitely miss Sefton Park and Lark Lane, but excited to explore new spots.

Working in project management, background in the creative sector.

Fully employed as main income source. Occupation is Project Management support.
2. How long do you plan to stay, and why are you moving?
Plan to stay ~1 year. Moving to be closer to Manchester. Tenancy is ending and place has been sold.

Just me.

Happy to provide if references are needed - Marshall Property is my current tennancy agency in Liverpool.
