Friendly, tidy professional looking for a room

Hi, I’m Sahar.

I’m a freelance artist and I also work part time as a pastry chef. I’m looking for a room in Cardiff, ideally in Roath or Grangetown, or anywhere within about a 30 minute walk from the city centre.

I’m looking to move at the beginning of September. My current tenancy ends on 11 September, but I’d like to move a little earlier so I have enough time to settle in without rushing.

My budget is £500 to £650 per month.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy house because hygiene is very important to me. I’m a tidy, respectful and considerate person, and I always clean up after myself. I really respect shared spaces and like to keep them clean and comfortable for everyone.

I’m a non-smoker and I’m looking for a non-smoking house. I also tend to go to bed quite early, so I’d prefer a home that isn’t too noisy late at night.

I would ideally like to share with women in a house of up to four or five people, but I’m also happy to consider mixed houses if it’s a good fit.

Outside work, I enjoy hiking, cooking, walking, running, yoga and dancing. I love spending time outdoors and keeping active.

For me, a house is more than just somewhere to sleep. I’d love to live with friendly people who enjoy having a chat now and then and creating a warm, relaxed home together, while also respecting each other’s privacy.
