Looking for a room if possible.

My name is Paul and I'm 43, and i drive so will need some where to park and i suppose that is my only must have, I've been with my ex partner for 20 years and married since 2009 but we have gradually drifted away from each other so I'm looking to move within driving distance from milnrow.
I don't smoke, don't take drugs and I haven't got a criminal record and love 80s music and some new but the majority of what's out ATM isn't music

I'm spontaneous and the offer will always be there to come and see sites etc but don't feel like you need too as I love just going out to wherever when I can, my new car is ordered for Feb and I can't wait, I also travel around the uk when I'm on a film doing drone or acting work and as you can see by the profile pic I don't live in a scruffy house, this move is only for relationship breakdown and its been a long time coming but there is no arguments and she isn't a crazy ex, we are good friends now and parents to our daughter.

I just want to start the new year with the past behind me but for now I'm staying with my ex and daughter over Xmas.
I am on disability benefits due to having cystic fibrosis which is heredity unlike covid that we all got a couple of yesrs ago so this will mean that housing benefit will be paid to you and a top up if I need too

I'm not a nuisance, the rents always been on time as it's housing benefit and my ex wife no longer works but before was in a good job but she isn't coming with me, we are on a good term basis.

If this is fine, I'd like housing benefit to pay your directly so you know it'll always he there and I want to move in after Xmas on the day after new years day if thats OK. But I don't mind applying for the room now so you'll already get it by the time I move in.

I won't be coming with anything apart from my clothes and a couple of bits as I'm leaving everything here for my ex wife and daughter as I don't need it and would rather have less stuff that can be replaced in time but not yet.

I am involved in some projects that are media based and will be doing this when I can vet involved as I currently have an imbd as I've been working on some films etc as actor and as drone photographer/videography
