Buddy up for a 2-bed, central/north London, 1 Sep

Hi — I'm Amir, 28, working in finance in London. I'm looking to buddy up with someone to find a good two-bed for 1 September, ideally on a twelve-month let.

A bit about me: I'm in the office most of the week just off Oxford Circus and work from home a couple of days, so a room with space for a proper desk matters to me. I'm tidy and quiet, and considerate about shared space — sociable when there's something on, equally happy doing my own thing. I don't smoke and don't have pets. Outside work it's mostly the gym and films.

The place I have in mind: central or north London, within about 30–35 minutes door-to-door of Soho — NW1, NW3, NW5, NW8, N1, N4, N7, W2, W9, WC1 and EC1 all work. Around £1,600–£1,700 each per month all-in, including bills and council tax. A proper living room matters to me — I'd rather not take a flat where the lounge has been turned into a third bedroom.

You: somewhere between 25 and 35, clean and easy to live with, and after the same sort of place — somewhere calm to come home to rather than a party flat. Happy to share a kitchen and a drink on a Friday.
