Single, Professional Female

I am a single, highly professional female into healthcare, NHS (non-smoker, no drinking, no pets).
I am looking preferably for a 1 Bedroom flat/ Studio Flat for myself OR a double room (En suite) - not to be shared with many people, sharing with 1 or sharing with a couple in other room is fine (SHARING WITH FAMILY & KIDS - No, sorry)
I have a budget of £900- £1100 (bills included) - Slightly Flexible if I like the place and if the place is near to station.
Please be mindful I won’t consider room WITHOUT LOCK. Also, to add, I am a highly private person and I like my privacy a lot.

My move in date is 2nd March 2026.
I am a lot into cleanliness and keeping the kitchen clean. My previous flatmates always appreciated me.


I am looking for a minimum 6 months occupancy contract, 12 months is also possible if I like the place.

I work at London Bridge, and I commute daily to work so I am looking for a place NOT TOO DIFFICULT to travel to from London Bridge (40 - 50 mins traveling time is okay for me). Personally, East London surroundings and near Hayes & Harlington station is what I like.
I would like to share the house having females of any age. No single man please, couple is OKAY. No disrespect to man, its just the requirement of my family back home :)
