Professional health and safety manager in construction, Seeking En-Suite Room with Parking in North Warrington/Wigan/M6 JCT 27

Hi there,

I’m a full-time HSE Manager looking for a clean, fully furnished room with a private en-suite and parking in North Warrington/Wigan area close to M6. I work long hours, so I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind after work.

About Me:
• Full-time professional in the construction industry
• Tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with
• Non-smoker, no pets
• Quiet lifestyle – early starts, quiet evenings
• Long-term stay preferred (minimum 6 months) will only ever be monday to friday.

What I’m Looking For:
• Fully furnished room with en-suite
• Off-street parking or a guaranteed parking space
• Located in North Warrington or nearby with good transport links
• Quiet, clean household
• Budget: £350-400 per month, happy to the mon to fri let as i only require 2/3 nights a week. (bills included preferred)
• Ready to move in ASAP.
