Professional looking for a double room or buddy up

I'm a self employed photographer and also have an additional part time job. I am looking for a large double bedroom, ideally un-furnished, or a full property on my own. I work from home as well as away so I would need space for my desk, either in the bedroom or an additional office space within the property. I have some lovely houseplants, so sharing with someone who also likes plants would be ideal.

I love to keep my home clean and tidy, I enjoy being sociable as well as having my own space and look forward to sharing a home with like minded people. I enjoy being outdoors, gym, swimming in the sea, travel, yoga and chilling in the evening with Netflix or out somewhere with a G&T.

Ideally it would be great to have a shared garden or balcony.
