Looking for double room in Glasgow’s south side

I am a 27 year old recent graduate from Edinburgh who is looking to relocate to Glasgow (southside preferred). Ideally paying no more than £600 before utilities. I have a UK based guarantor.

I am hoping to live within 15 min walking distance to Victoria Road and Shawlands. And within 10 min walking distance to a train station.

I am very left-wing and creative, my interests being photography, music, pop culture, etc. My ideal days out include going for coffee, charity shopping, cinema, and going into cute independent spots, and I like going on nights out, to bars, concerts, etc. Music photography is one of my hobbies so I am sometimes out in the evenings, but I like being in bed by midnight most nights!

I am a respectful and sociable flatmate, and love to hang out for dinner/drinks/movies/games/etc. It is really important to me that I live in a clean and orderly environment, I don't mind if you're slow to do your dishes but I really appreciate clean surfaces and a clean sink! I have lived in flatshares for the past few years, and can get on well with people who are younger or older than me, so I'm flexible on age provided we can find other common ground :)
