Looking for a nice room in London Zone 1-2

Hi everyone :)

Looking for a nice cosy room in London with friendly and tidy housemates.
It'd be great to have nice housemates for a bit of socialising at the end of the working day to just relax and have a chat together.
Conversations with housemates about art, sociology, movies, European cinema, travelling and cultural studies are always super welcome and enjoyable.

I love London and going for walks and drinks with friends and housemates anywhere near London thym are always fun.

I've an excellent track-record of renting for 3+ years with my current landlord.
If necessary my current landlord will be happy to approve that as well.

I've really enjoyed living here for the last 3+ years, but my current landlord wants to sell the house and that's why I'm moving out.

I speak 3 languages fluently. Learning my 4th one atm.
Outside the UK, I've visited 20+ other countries in the past.

My moving out date is anytime from/after the 17th of January.

If the place and housemates are really nice and peaceful, I'd also be happy to consider paying 3 months upfront.
