Buddy up: 2bed apt. £900-£1000/pcm to share

I am a professional working full-time in Belfast. I am quiet, considerate, respectful, and I like to be back to clean and tidy house to relax. I work in hospitality- I leave all chaos and drama in the workplace to enjoy quieter environment at home.
I am looking for a housemate with similar values.
I would not mind to meet for a coffee to have a chat about buddying up if you are interested.

I am looking for 2 bed flat or house within walking distance to the city center. Rent £900-£1000 pcm. Ideally with all bills included.
It has to have 2 bathrooms/ shower rooms or en-suite. Balcony/ patio and parking space would be a big plus.
