Looking for 1–2 Bedroom Flat/House or Shared Accom

Hello,

We are looking for a 1–2 bedroom flat or house (or a decent shared accommodation) in Luton, preferably in the LU2 or LU3 areas. Ideally, we would like to be within walking distance to Luton town centre or close to New Bedford Road, as my son regularly commutes to Bedford College and uses the bus route that runs from the town centre via New Bedford Road.

Our Requirements:

Budget: Up to £1200 PCM (but open to more affordable options)

Location: LU2 / LU3 – Walking distance to New Bedford Road or Luton town centre

Furnishing: Preferably furnished

Parking: On-site or nearby parking is highly preferred

Move-in by 2nd October 2025,

We are also open to good shared houses if they meet the criteria above
