Laid-back, a bit geeky, professional and reliable

Looking for an en-suite double room , in 1 hours walking distance of my workplace (a university in New Cross Gate). I am an admin manager and currently make around £38k a year.

If sharing, looking for professional/s to live with, I'm 35 so within 10 years or so of my age would be ideal, but not a deal breaker.

I am currently working hard to reach my fitness goals which involves gymming , lots of walking and engaging in constructive activities to de-stress outside of work. I love outdoor adventures especially if it involves the ocean or natural landmarks, and I love doing things in London too, museums, Galleries, IMAX, theatre, concerts, restaurants, landmarks, strolling through the parks etc.

I'm planning on taking on some study on top of my 9-5 job too (some current intellectual interests: Philosophy, Maths, Design, Materials Science and Evolutionary Biology,)

I learned over time the benefits of being neat and tidy so I wont have to be "housebroken" if we live together. I expect my flatmate(s) to want a tidy home as well but also know how to relax and make the most of what we have.
