Looking for a place / Flat mate to rent with

Hi! I’m Maisie, a full-time professional working in the dental industry and I’m looking to buddy up with one other professional to rent a lovely two-bedroom flat in Bristol.

I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people’s space. During the week I’m usually at work or at dance classes a few evenings, so I’m out and about a lot. At home I like somewhere that’s clean, calm and comfortable—a place to relax after a busy day.

I’m looking for someone who is:

• A working professional
• Clean, considerate and reliable
• Happy to split household responsibilities fairly
• Looking for a genuine home rather than just somewhere to sleep

My ideal areas are Emersons Green, Lyde Green, Downend, Fishponds, Brislington, Bedminster, Longwell Green or nearby, but I’m open to other areas with good transport links.

My budget is around £700–£900 per month before bills (depending on the property), and I’m hoping to find somewhere with parking.
