Room wanted in happy home Nov 8.Flexible move date

Hey there
I’m looking for a new place from around Jan 8th although I can be a bit flexible for the right place. Looking in Brixton area only! I’ve just launched my record label and working on a eco building charity project. Apart from that, love my own food, so can regularly be found cooking tasty meals (and can never just make enough for 1!) and getting back to London life since returning this summer. So happily busy with that! I'm independent, easy to get along with, respectful and clean, I'm up for socialising as well as giving my future flatmates space! If you have a reasonably-priced room available from around this date, please do let me know.
