2 friends looking for 2 double rooms in 3 or 4-bed

Hey there,

We’re Seb and Paolo, two friends and professionals working in Central London. We’re on the pursuit for 2 x double rooms in a 3 or 4-bed house max., with a budget of £1,100pcm (inc. bills) each, within London Zones 2 - 3. Available to move in from 28th February.

We’ve known each for over 10 years, having met each other in the world of gymnastics where we both competed for our respective countries, Great Britain and Italy, at international championships. Paolo secured a job in London recently as Research Scientist and Seb is having to move house as the landlord is selling up, so we thought it would be the perfect opportunity to move in together with other people.

Seb, 31, is originally from Sandhurst, works in Advertising as an Account Director, has been living in London for the past 7 years and speaks three languages – English, French* and Italian* (*Graduated with a languages degree over 7 years ago, so he is getting rusty!). He works from home two times a week.

Paolo, 28, is an Italian mathematical engineer and dancer. He has experience in flat sharing and has lived abroad in Seattle, Paris and Milan over the past five years. He speaks English and French and works from home two/three times a week.

What what we’re looking for:

Location:
• 10 to 15-minute walk max. to a tube/national rail station within Zones 2 - 3, but open-minded if there are great transport links
• South West London is our preference, but open-minded for the right place

Household:
• Furnished house
• Equipped for working from home e. g., desk in bedroom, fast Wi-Fi
• LGBTQ+ friendly – housemates don’t need to be LGBTQ+ themselves though
• No smokers / No drugs / No couples / No pets / No frequent parties
• Professional, friendly and respectful housemates who make you feel welcome, are sociable, like to have a catch-up/bevvy, and watch a bit of TV from time to time together
• Tidiness – as we are both tidy people, we expect the same from our housemates
