Looking for a flatmate or my own place

Hi there I am looking for a studio or en-suite double bedroom to rent preferably long let. I would describe myself as an enigma of life. I am well domesticated, very humble, clean, tidy and I am looking to buddy up or find a en-suite bedroom with someone and share in a home full of love, organisation, respect and mutual understanding or a studio that I will cherish and look after as my own with the same core values. I am looking for the property to be preferably in the South West areas. I am 31 years old, I am a makeup artist by trade but because of health issues currently I am not working so I am on universal credit with the limited capability element and PIP so Universal credit has reassured me they can pay for my rent and I can cover any excess short fall and/or bills through my money if the property exceeds my budget of £1000 to potentially £1500. I don’t have a guarantor unfortunately but you can be rest assured I wouldn’t want to jeopardise the roof over my head that I am given to look after. I have lived in England since 2013 so it is coming up to be 11 years since I am in here therefore I have right to reside and rent here freely.
